The Process
Step One: Consultation
The first step in our process is the Consultation, where we get to know you and your unique vision for your space. We discuss your wants, needs, and style preferences, as well as take a close look at your current space. This includes defining your budget, wishlist, desired colours, style, furniture, and values. We explore what you hope to achieve with your space, any limitations you might have, and take necessary measurements. During this phase, we also determine if a house visit is required to better understand your needs and make your vision a reality.
Step Two: Design Presentation
In this stage, we focus on floor plans and space planning to ensure the optimal layout for your space. We present a range of fabric and style choices, offering multiple design options tailored to your preferences. Alongside these options, we provide detailed price estimates to help you make informed decisions. This phase is the most extensive part of our process, as it involves finalizing every detail and ensuring all aspects meet your expectations. We meticulously review everything with you, ensuring your satisfaction before signing off on the final design and picks.
Step Three: Implementation & Installation
During the Implementation & Installation phase, we take a dedicated approach to delivering and setting up your new space. With our white glove delivery service, we handle the transportation and placement of each piece of furniture. Our team carefully finalizes every detail, ensuring that your space is arranged and styled according to the design plan.
